About the position

Opportunity School is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Early Childhood Substitute Teachers. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to create a nurturing and educational environment for young children aged 0-3. Our mission is to equip young children and their families for success through high-quality early childhood education and caring family support. As a high-performing early childhood education center, we believe in the importance of fostering a strong foundation for learning through play and interaction. In this role, you will be responsible for providing developmentally appropriate care and education, ensuring that each child feels safe, loved, and engaged. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support the holistic development of each child, focusing on their mental, emotional, and social growth. The position requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment, as well as regular communication with parents to understand and support their children's needs. Opportunity School values passion and dependability over experience, offering paid on-the-job training to help you develop the necessary skills. We are looking for individuals who are cool-tempered, friendly, and eager to learn about child development and preschool educational methods.
