About the position

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Primrose School of Rogers, you will create a fun, safe, and educational environment for young children. This role focuses on fostering curiosity, creativity, and compassion while helping children develop a lifelong love of learning. You will work closely with your co-teacher to implement lesson plans from the Balanced Learning® curriculum, maintain a well-kept classroom, and build genuine relationships with each child, making a difference every day.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Required).
• 1 year of childcare experience (Required).
• Ability to commute to Rogers, MN 55374 (Required).
• Ability to relocate to Rogers, MN 55374 before starting work (Required).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or education in a relevant field (CDA, Early Childhood Development, Sociology, Psychology, Elementary Education).
