We are currently offering a $3,000 Hiring Incentive. Employees of this center working 20+ hours a week will receive a Transportation Allowance of $200 per month! Full-time positions are now available with infants/toddlers (0-24 months) and preschoolers.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred
• 12 Child Development units completed required: Child Development, Child, Family, and Community, Introduction to Curriculum, and Principles and Practices
• If applying for an Infant or Toddler position, Infant and Toddler Development class is required as one of the curriculum courses
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required
• Transcripts will be required at time of hire
