The Early Head Start Teacher is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children aged 0 to 3 years enrolled in Reach Dane infant/toddler centers. This role involves serving as the primary childcare provider, supervising staff, providing performance feedback, and ensuring compliance with licensing and Early Head Start Program Performance Standards. The teacher will also respect and incorporate families' cultural values in their approach to childcare, reinforcing the parents' role as primary educators.
