Chester County MH/IDD seeks an individual with strong organizational skills to provide supervision and support to a team of Service Coordinators in the Early Intervention Services Coordination Unit who facilitate, coordinate and monitor services for children aged birth to three years old at-risk/with at least a 25% delay in one area of development. The individual should have the ability to multitask, be self-directed and display independent thinking; intermediate skill to use a personal computer and various software packages; exceptional time management and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills; proficiency in grammar and spelling; strong customer skills; basic mathematical skills. This position will supervise and train assigned staff responsible for providing a wide variety of services. These services include but are not limited to service coordination service. This position is also responsible for ensuring that all registered consumers have access to the available services through the County MH/IDD program and County assistance. A person in this position is expected to demonstrate the system of care practice model, which maximizes all resources around an individual or family. This system of care includes child and adult serving agencies and community partners that join with an individual or family to meet their goals.
