About the position

The Early Intervention Developmental Specialist (EIDS) role focuses on providing developmental support to children and their families in a home-based setting. The position aims to enhance children's learning and development through everyday learning opportunities in their natural environment. This role is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, with a minimum workload of 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist family members in enhancing children's learning and development.
  • Provide developmental support in a home-based setting.
  • Utilize everyday learning opportunities to facilitate child development.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to deliver effective early intervention services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Early Intervention.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience as an Early Intervention Developmental Specialist (EI DSI) preferred.
