About the position

The PRISM IT Analyst/Project Manager role at Early Morning Software involves leading the implementation and support of the PRISM Compliance Management SaaS solution. The position requires a strong background in project management and technical analysis, with a focus on client success and effective communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while collaborating with internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Project Plans for new and existing clients in the implementation and support of PRiSM
  • Establish and maintain reporting on Project Status and overall Client Status
  • Deliver customer projects on time and within budget
  • Identify opportunities to add additional value to clients through the implementation of enhancements, upgrades and best practices
  • Direct engagement with Clients and internal resources required for project success
  • Analyze and understand customer requirements and how they map to PRISM
  • Configure customer instances of PRISM
  • Ensure the development of all required documentation and delivery of project deliverables to clients
  • Conduct training classes for client users as required
  • Contribute to the product knowledge base and best practices
  • Identify and document product enhancement and/or new product ideas
  • Work with the other business teams (primarily support, customer success and sales) in communicating the products to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within Project Management Office
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Analyst
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis and Integration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Product Implementation
  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Proven business and/or technical analysis skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience delivering COTs software projects
  • Experience working with HTML, SQL, Crystal Reports and database design
  • Experience working with major ERP/Contract Management/Procurement Systems (e.g., ADP, Oracle, Paychex, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP)
  • Proven excellence working with advanced MS Excel capabilities (e.g., macros)
  • Familiarity with supplier diversity and compliance management, supply chain management, contract management, procurement and financial systems
  • Experience with Business Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Agile Development
  • SaaS software and web application experience in troubleshooting and analysis
