The Early Morning Stock Associate is responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized store, assisting customers with their needs, and efficiently merchandising new stock. Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers by greeting them and assisting with their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandise items according to company standards.
• Assist customers with merchandise and answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Follow all safety protocols to create a secure shopping environment.
• Handle customer service calls and issues promptly and courteously.
• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all interactions with customers and associates.
• Follow cash handling procedures accurately and maintain awareness when handling bankable tenders.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates in a friendly manner.
• Basic mathematical skills for retail transactions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing more than 25 pounds.
