About the position

In this role, as Global Early Talent & University Relations Lead, you will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Early Talent programs across multiple countries. This position is crucial for ensuring that ABB's early talent initiatives align with the organization's global talent strategy and goals. You will work closely with in-country teams and diverse stakeholders to adapt and implement programs that meet local needs while maintaining global standards. The work model for this role is remote, allowing for flexibility in how you engage with teams and stakeholders across different regions. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the strategic planning and execution of global Early Talent programs, such as internships and graduate programs. You will also lead the Early Talent Communities of Practice, sharing best practices and ensuring that all programs are aligned with ABB's overarching talent strategy. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key universities and academic institutions worldwide will be essential to enhance recruitment efforts and facilitate best practices. You will oversee campus recruitment events, career fairs, and partnerships across multiple countries to attract top early talent from diverse academic backgrounds. Additionally, you will support the professional development and engagement of early talent through mentorship programs, training initiatives, and leadership development opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of global Early Talent programs, including internships and graduate programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in coordinating recruitment activities and partnerships.
  • Experience in managing and leading talent programs, with a focus on early talent development.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in talent programs.
