About the position

The East Industrial Refrigeration Controls Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the Industrial Refrigeration market across the Eastern US. This remote position focuses on developing new control sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with service teams to support existing installations. The role requires a proactive approach to meet sales targets and enhance product offerings through collaboration with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new control sales opportunities in the Industrial Refrigeration market from contractors and end users.
  • Upgrade and expand business from existing operation and maintenance services customers.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with services operation team and digitalization team to support current installations.
  • Achieve and grow sales targets and objectives as assigned.
  • Make appointments, conduct meetings, and presentations to create new opportunities with clients.
  • Work with the Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Sales Team to enhance sales offerings and create cross-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' sales experience in Industrial Refrigeration Control Sales/Service/Engineering.
  • Experience in customer account management is an advantage.
  • Good oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior executives.
  • Customer-focused with strong follow-up activities orientation.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Good connections with industrial refrigeration contractors in the US.
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Experience in managing opportunities, accounts, and territory needs in a CRM System.
  • Hands-on computer knowledge of MS Office.
