As a Sales Manager for East Industrial Refrigeration Controls at Johnson Controls, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding market presence in the Eastern US region. This remote position requires a strong focus on developing new control sales opportunities within the Industrial Refrigeration market, specifically targeting contractors and end users in sectors such as food and beverage manufacturing, food storage, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and data center storage. You will be responsible for upgrading and expanding the business scope from existing operation and maintenance services customers, ensuring that you build and manage relationships with both existing and potential customers effectively. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the services operation team, digitalization team, and regional services team to support the current installation base. Your primary objective will be to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives assigned to you. This will involve a proactive approach to scheduling appointments, conducting meetings, and delivering presentations to create new opportunities and extend existing ones through the introduction of Johnson Controls' Industrial Refrigeration products and services. You will also work in tandem with the Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Sales Team to enhance sales offerings and create cross-sales activities, ensuring that both groups effectively meet the expectations of contractors, end users, consultants, facilities, key account customers, and other stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, will be crucial as you present to senior executives and engage with customers.
