About the position

The ECHO Coordinator will oversee the logistics of individual ECHO programs, including scheduling, marketing, and participant engagement. This role involves managing program materials, ensuring compliance with CME standards, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. The coordinator will also support financial stability through grant deliverables and data management, while assisting in the development of new ECHO programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day logistics for individual ECHO programs.
  • Schedule and market ECHO sessions through various channels.
  • Engage with participants during ECHO sessions.
  • Support the ECHO team's needs and facilitate communication between the team and participants.
  • Manage and organize program materials, resources, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of resources to ECHO participants.
  • Work closely with ECHO teams to submit required documentation for CME standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and community partners.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to expand the reach of Project ECHO.
  • Assist in financial stability by supporting grant deliverables.
  • Create and implement strategies to encourage participation and engagement.
  • Collect and input program participation and impact data.
  • Generate regular reports on program outcomes and improvements.
  • Support the development and implementation of new ECHO programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working in an office setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extraordinary competency in verbal and written communication strategies.
  • Flexibility and excellent prioritization skills.
  • Ability to perform well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Two (2) to three (3) years related experience with greater levels of responsibility in administrative support or project management.
  • Experience with program outreach and social media platforms.
  • Experience with project development.
