About The Position
The Echo Tech position at MLK Community Hospital & Foundation involves performing a range of highly specialized cardiac ultrasound investigations. The role requires utilizing advanced techniques such as pulsed and continuous wave Doppler, color flow mapping, and tissue Doppler imaging. The Echo Tech will also produce tracings of heart electrical activity by setting up electrocardiography (ECG) equipment, attaching electrodes, operating and adjusting equipment, and recording cardiac data and measurements while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
