Also includes preliminary interpretation of studies, including an assessment of ventricular performance, and assistance during transesophageal procedures The sonographer will be utilizing 2D, M-Mode and Doppler techniques to evaluate and record pertinent anatomical, pathological and functional data while assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The provision of services includes assessing patients, developing plan for accomplishing procedure(s) ordered, setting up room and equipment to accomplish procedure, and ensuring quality images. Job Qualifications and Specifications Training from a Cardio-Vascular program required. A minimum of three years practical experience or equivalent is required. RDMS or RCS required.
