About the position

The E-commerce Account Manager/Product Content Specialist at NVM Pet, Inc. is responsible for managing client accounts while developing and optimizing product content to enhance online visibility and drive sales performance. This hybrid role combines account management expertise with content creation, requiring strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to support clients' success in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Create and optimize product descriptions, images, and videos that effectively communicate product benefits and drive conversions.
  • Monitor product performance and manage customers' platforms to optimize sales, manage retails and promote sustainable growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage inventory levels through analysis and modeling to reduce shipping lead time and stock outs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Analyze account performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to guide content development and account strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools for performance measurement.

Nice-to-haves
