About the position

Dr Botanicals USA is seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Ecommerce and Social Media Marketing Manager to join our eCommerce team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media, particularly in crafting captivating online adverts for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The successful candidate will possess a 'sales hungry' mindset, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a proven ability to generate ecommerce growth through innovative and engaging ad campaigns. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of social commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive conversions and increase average order value. You will analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, implementing strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increase customer retention. Additionally, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies, conceptualizing and managing highly engaging ad campaigns tailored to each platform's unique audience and format. Staying abreast of the latest social media trends, features, and algorithms will be crucial to ensure maximum reach and impact. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. You will also collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing. Setting clear KPIs and tracking campaign performance to measure ROI and identify areas for optimization will be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and a knack for creating thumb-stopping content.
  • Ability to develop innovative and engaging ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, analytics tools, and social media management tools.
