About the position

The position of Digital ECommerce Marketing Manager at DF Supply is a pivotal role responsible for implementing and managing the advertising and promotional activities of the organization across a wide range of channels to support the sales function. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and understand the importance of a collaborative team environment. This role requires a proactive approach to multitasking, maintaining organization, and fostering a friendly and upbeat demeanor. It is important to note that this is an in-office position only; remote work or hybrid options are not available. In this role, you will be tasked with achieving and exceeding all key eCommerce marketing and sales targets for various brands and websites. You will conduct eCommerce marketing for multiple products and brands, managing Google Adwords PPC, Shopping ads, Display ads, and Demand Gen ad campaigns across all applicable channels, including potential future channels. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing advertising strategies on Google Shopping Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Product Ads, utilizing third-party management tools for campaign optimization and reporting. A significant part of your role will involve ensuring adequate and timely reporting against defined sales and profit goals, with a strong focus on Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) targets. You will need to be very comfortable using Excel to provide and present reports on the efficacy of the ads currently running, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve/exceed all key eCommerce marketing and sales targets for brands and websites.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with Google Analytics (Required)
  • 2 years of experience with Google Ads (Required)
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Ads (Preferred)
  • 2 years of experience with Meta Ads (Preferred)
