About the position

The position of Digital ECommerce Marketing Manager at DF Supply is a full-time role focused on implementing and managing the advertising and promotional activities of the organization across various channels to support the sales function. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and understand the importance of teamwork in achieving marketing goals. This role requires a proactive approach to multitasking and maintaining a friendly and upbeat demeanor while working in an office environment, as remote or hybrid work options are not available. In this position, the Digital ECommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding all key eCommerce marketing and sales targets for the company's brands and websites. The role involves conducting eCommerce marketing for multiple products and brands, managing Google Adwords PPC, Shopping ads, Display ads, and Demand Generation ad campaigns across all applicable channels, including potential future channels. The manager will also optimize advertising strategies on Google Shopping Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Product Ads, utilizing third-party management tools for campaign optimization and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure adequate and timely reporting against defined sales and profit goals, with a strong focus on Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as the manager will be required to provide and present reports on the efficacy of the ads currently running. This role is critical to the growth and excellence of DF Supply, which is committed to setting new sales and shipping records in the eCommerce distribution space.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve/exceed all key eCommerce marketing and sales targets for brands and websites.
  • Conduct eCommerce marketing for multiple products and brands.
  • Manage Google Adwords PPC, Shopping ads, Display ads, and Demand Gen ad campaigns across all applicable channels.
  • Optimize advertising strategies on Google Shopping Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Product Ads.
  • Utilize third-party management tools for campaign optimization and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with Google Analytics (Required)
  • 2 years of experience with Google Ads (Required)
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Ads (Preferred)
  • 2 years of experience with Meta Ads (Preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Sales strategy experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
