About the position

At Henkel, we are looking for an Ecommerce & Email Marketing Manager to join our team and help us drive the evolution of our digital marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our platforms. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing user experience strategies that support Kenra campaign initiatives, streamline customer interactions, and ultimately drive conversions on partner websites. In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with designers, the brand team, and the integrated marketing team to create compelling content. You will also work closely with a development agency to implement website enhancements and improvements. Taking ownership of web development initiatives, you will establish project timelines, lead the agency from kick-off through launch, and manage any post-launch issues that arise. Additionally, you will oversee all website vendor partners, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will extend to managing the implementation of tracking pixels for ad campaigns using platforms like Meta and Google Tag Manager. You will also be the point of contact for addressing website issues reported by both external customers and internal teams. Partnering with the developer agency and the internal business intelligence team, you will provide detailed reporting and analytics on website traffic and specific campaign landing pages. In terms of email and SMS management, you will take ownership of the content calendar and collaborate with the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to conceptualize and strategize email and SMS initiatives for both professional and end-consumer audiences. This includes working with graphic designers and the Education team to ensure that email designs and content are engaging and effective. You will proofread all email and SMS copy, coordinating edits with designers, and align with cross-functional teams such as sales to support specific campaigns. Your analytical skills will be crucial in proposing and developing tactics to grow subscription lists, engagement, and conversion rates. You will also manage all email and SMS vendor partners, ensuring that projects and software needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field required.
  • 4-5+ years' work experience in digital marketing and with CRM software, such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, Contently, Google Analytics and similar software required.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofing skills required.
  • Experience conceptualizing and managing email and SMS content calendar required.
  • Website management experience required.
