About The Position
The Ecommerce Operations Specialist at Sprouts Farmers Market is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ecommerce curbside pickup, acting as the primary contact for stores regarding rollouts, inquiries, and issues with external delivery partners. This role involves coaching store teams on performance goals, managing staffing for ecommerce sales, and ensuring excellent customer service practices. The Specialist will also support training initiatives and monitor program standards across multiple locations, reporting directly to the Ecommerce Operations Manager.
