About the position

The Ecommerce Operator & Content Creator/Assistant role is designed for a bilingual individual fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, who will manage daily ecommerce operations and assist in content creation for a rapidly growing social media and ecommerce company. This position involves engaging with American celebrities and influencers, supporting live streaming sessions, and creating promotional videos to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily ecommerce operations, including product ordering, uploading to platforms, ensuring shipment, and tracking data.
• Create short product videos to support sales efforts.
• Support live streaming sessions by preparing products, assisting with scripts, and operating computers during sessions.
• Act as a live stream host if experienced or interested in that role.
• Assist the CEO with various organizational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an ecommerce operator and content creator is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese to facilitate communication with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, SnapChat, Etsy, and Temu is a plus.
• Proficient in using computer software for document creation and data management, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email systems like Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
