About the position

The Ecosystem Engineer at Monad Labs is responsible for building strong relationships with developers in the blockchain ecosystem, providing them with essential tools, resources, and support. This role requires strong Solidity development skills and a background in crypto, focusing on the design, development, and testing of applications on the Monad blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with developers, providing them with the tools, resources, and support to thrive within the blockchain ecosystem
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, sample code, and other resources to empower developers
• Engage with the developer community to gather valuable insights, identify areas for product enhancement, and solve problems
• Collaborate with various teams such as engineering and ecosystem teams
• Provide timely and effective technical support to developers, assisting with troubleshooting, technical inquiries, and integration challenges

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Solidity, the EVM, and related tooling (Foundry, Etherscan, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a smart contract engineering role
• Familiarity with community management platforms such as Telegram and Discord
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fastidious attention to detail
