About the position

The EDI Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting complex EDI interfaces across various Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain exchanges. This position involves close collaboration with large client sets, cross-functional IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful integration and ongoing support of EDI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of EDI requests, including requirements gathering, process analysis, design, and testing.
• Coordinate project timelines and tasks with customers and internal teams.
• Create mapping specifications, test scenarios, and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate setup activities, including connectivity, data mapping, and cleanup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues while collaborating with customers and IT teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT groups to deliver effective solutions.
• Support existing EDI integrations and coordinate new business requirements.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders, customers, sales, and IT teams to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, including EDI / cXML mapping with transactions such as 850, 855, 860, 856, and 810.
• Extremely strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience on the supplier side of data exchange processes is desired.
• Ability to analyze business processes, manage small to medium projects, and apply project management techniques.
