About the position

The EDI Automation Analyst will serve as a key resource within the Worker’s Comp Claims department, providing support and information to staff across the country. This role involves problem resolution, report reconciliation, and coordination of vendor updates, while also engaging in various project work to enhance departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as an information resource for the Worker’s Comp Claim staff nationwide.
• Support the Claims Department with daily activities including problem resolution and report reconciliation.
• Coordinate vendor updates and manage related communications.
• Assist in defining requirements and developing specifications in collaboration with management and technology teams.
• Engage in project work as needed to support departmental goals.

Requirements

• Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with claims processing systems and workflows.
• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly Workers' Compensation.
