About the position

In this role, you will be a key player in supporting project analysis and planning, as well as managing small to medium-sized projects with some guidance. Your daily operational activities will be associated with assigned systems, applications, and projects. You will facilitate the order-to-cash (OTC) process, utilizing enterprise resource planning systems and electronic document exchange to leverage analytics tools that consistently improve processes and influence outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include acting as the primary resource for all EDI registration setup, onboarding, and document alignment issues across our commercial businesses. You will be expected to establish relationships and cultivate partnerships with various business groups and stakeholders, including customer care, finance, indirect channels, sales, and information systems. This role requires you to perform intake of information regarding potential system enhancements, research new functionalities, and recommend options to stakeholders and governance for prioritization and approval. Continuous review of internal processes and technology to identify improvement opportunities will be essential, as you will develop implementable strategies targeted to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, managing relationships with peers in internal and external organizations such as Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, and Customer Care will be a critical aspect of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge of key EDI documents and supporting procurement - Oracle, X12, EDIFACT, XML experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, GHX, and Power BI preferred.
  • Supply chain transactional knowledge (order to cash) required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in data monitoring and reporting for EDI.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and evaluate optimal solutions.
