We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 7-10 years of hands-on Edifecs/EDI development experience, particularly in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with healthcare payers or providers on EDI solutions, specifically involving upgrades or migrations of EDI technologies. The role requires expertise in requirements gathering, design, and mapping various EDI X12 transactions including 276/277 claims status, 834 member enrollment, 835 claims payment and remittance, and 837 electronic claims transactions. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and analysis, as well as proficiency in using the Edifecs toolset, including SpecBuilder, MapBuilder, XEngine, and Trading Partner Management. Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and experience in Edifecs migration is essential. The candidate should also possess strong industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs and concerns, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. Agile methodology experience is preferred.
