We are seeking an experienced Editor to lead our editorial efforts for the on- and off-highway mobile equipment markets. This role requires a strong background in writing, publishing, and social media, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with varying deadlines. The ideal candidate will have journalism and print production experience, preferably within the mobile equipment industry. As the brand editorial lead, you will be responsible for creating both long-form and short-form content, including articles, product write-ups, and blogs, for both print and online platforms. You will also manage e-newsletters and social media channels, ensuring that our content remains fresh and engaging. In this position, you will oversee the monthly production process, collaborating with the Production Manager, Art Director, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. You will write SEO-friendly headlines and utilize content management platforms to optimize digital content. Additionally, you will work closely with the Construction content team to identify and share relevant content, facilitate awards programs, and contribute to custom client content when necessary. Your role will also involve moderating podcasts, video production, and webinars, as well as attending tradeshows and industry events to gather insights and repurpose content across various media formats. Your primary goal will be to support the brand's content and project efforts, ensuring that our print and digital properties are consistently updated with fresh, accurate, and engaging content. You will take ownership of the editorial direction, generate original content ideas, and monitor content performance to refine our strategies.
