About The Position
As an Editor/Writer supporting Client Relations and Senior Investor inquiries, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with firm regulations concerning Operational Client Complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve cases, providing formal written communication to clients regarding the Firm's decisions. This role also encompasses various operational tasks that support the overall client relations function.
