About the position

Compass Media is seeking a full-time leader for its print production team, responsible for overseeing the production of multiple custom publications and magazine inserts. Responsibilities

• Oversee all production across multiple products
• Manage production team, including scheduling, coaching and evaluating performance
• Monitor and adhere to production budgets
• Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure that the production meets the client's vision
• Create and maintain production schedules
• Monitor production quality and ensure that all requirements are met
• Resolve any production related issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of print production experience required
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects efficiently
