The Editorial Manager of Client Success reports to the Editorial Director of The Resource Desk, The Trade Desk’s content marketing platform. The Editorial Manager is responsible for excavating The Trade Desk’s most compelling customer success stories and sharing them internally and externally. The ideal candidate has a journalist’s nose for a strong story, a project manager’s ability to create operational workflows across global teams, and a marketer’s ambition to highlight our clients’ success in a 360-degree approach. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the global marketing department by managing the case study creation process, ultimately sharing client success stories in formats ranging from promotional videos to news articles, press releases, social media posts, and more.
