Responsibilities

• Set up and operate up to 6 FANUC machines simultaneously, managing cycle times from 2 hours to overnight.
• Read and interpret customer drawings and prints.
• Write programs for machine operation.
• Maintain machines, fixturing, and tooling through preventive maintenance work.
• Use inspection equipment and precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Work with tight tolerance tools and maintain high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Prior EDM setup experience is required.
• General knowledge of CNC controls is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Mathematical and mechanical aptitude is required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cutting/Drilling/Running wire is beneficial.
• Experience with Mics/Cals/Comparators and Height Gages is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Bobcat machines and CAM/CAD is a plus.
