About The Position
HoneyBook's goal is to make small business owners more successful by simplifying the mundane business management tasks that get in the way of their creative work. Our members don't have much time to learn new software, and we leverage education to ensure our platform is easy to master. This is where you come into play. As a Sr. Content Strategist, Support, your mission is to create the content that empowers our members to work with ease. The content you create will live in the HoneyBook Help Center and Education Hub. From writing fresh content to managing existing articles, your work will help shape how we get our members up to speed so that they can spend more time doing the work they love. This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).
