About the position

The Education Officer at the North Carolina Real Estate Commission plays a crucial role in designing and developing educational content for various programs, courses, publications, and the Commission's website. This includes creating engaging and informative content that meets the needs of real estate brokers and applicants for broker licenses. In addition to content development, the Education Officer will collaborate with other team members to enhance the educational offerings of the Commission. This may involve conducting research on best practices in real estate education, evaluating existing programs, and implementing improvements based on feedback from stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry, as well as the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. The position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office responsibilities in the Raleigh area. The salary range for this position is between $56,154 and $67,385, accompanied by excellent benefits. Requirements

  • Broker license is required.
