About the position

The Education Onboarding and Data Specialist at Infoblox plays a crucial role in managing the onboarding process for new education customers. This position involves overseeing operations, improving processes, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of the education team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process from start to finish for a high volume of new education customers, involving information gathering and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain project management software hygiene to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Communicate professionally and calmly with customers and internal teams.
  • Create improvements to the onboarding process for efficiency as customer volume scales.
  • Build positive relationships with account managers, education sales, renewals, and other team members.
  • Craft well-written emails and onboarding resources for customers during their education journey.
  • Maintain a database of all active customers.
  • Analyze training usage reports and report findings to the team.
  • Identify and troubleshoot roadblocks in processes or with people.
  • Maintain process documentation and prepare onboarding and engagement reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects or customers with a passion for education and learning.
  • Proficiency in Outlook calendar, Microsoft Office suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with program management, timelines, spreadsheets, and planning.
  • Ability to manage priorities and projects independently in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new technical tools quickly and self-teach new software.
