About the position

The GTM (Go-To-Market) Program Manager internship at TikTok is designed for students to gain hands-on experience in transforming policies into actionable educational content for sellers and creators. This role focuses on optimizing content delivery, evaluating and improving educational materials, advocating for stakeholders, leveraging data for insights, and fostering collaboration across teams. The internship aims to provide a vibrant learning environment that encourages creativity and personal growth, aligning with TikTok's mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities

  • Transform Policy into Action: Convert e-commerce platform governance policies into engaging, informative, and easily digestible educational content for sellers and creators.
  • Optimize Content Delivery: Identify the most effective channels to distribute policy education content, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
  • Evaluate and Improve: Build, manage, and continuously assess the effectiveness of both internal and external policy education content, making data-driven improvements as needed.
  • Advocate for Sellers and Creators: Stay informed on workflow changes, operational guidelines, platform policy updates, and enforcement standards to advocate for effective policy education frameworks.
  • Leverage Data for Insight: Use strategic tools, systems, and data analysis to identify trends, deliver insights, and refine goals and processes.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish and strengthen partnerships with global cross-functional teams to build, standardize, and optimize policy education workstreams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams to build plans and projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking ability and able to propose complex solutions and clear explanations in writing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in internet platform governance, e-commerce, or related field.
  • Able to coordinate a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and develop a strategy.
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate, self-driven, and curious to learn and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
