About the position

The Educational Benefits Program Manager at UCHealth is responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing benefits policies and programs, with a focus on education assistance. This role involves managing the implementation and evaluation of benefits programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance and effective communication regarding educational benefits for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Supports the strategic direction and oversees project execution for benefits programs.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance program and service delivery.
  • Identifies opportunities to build awareness of benefits programs and practices.
  • Evaluates and reports on customer service and performance data relevant to benefits programs.
  • Acts as a point of contact for employee escalations, eligibility, and vendor management.
  • Coordinates applied learning requirements for identified clinical pathways.
  • Ensures timely processing of school invoices and reimbursements to Payroll.
  • Maintains comprehensive reporting and analytics for key stakeholders.
  • Conducts quarterly audits for employee compliance with the education program.
  • Builds presentations for quarterly executive steer and operations committee meetings.
  • Monitors candidate flow for potential role placement across divisions and sites.
  • Explores program enhancements to attract and retain talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
