The Educational Services Recruiter plays a vital role in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals, particularly school nurses and related services staff, within educational institutions across the nation. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality patient care in educational settings and ensuring the health and well-being of students and staff. The recruiter will work in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients, and contributing to the growth of the newly established Educational Services Division of Connected Health Care.

Responsibilities

• Source and place top-tier school nurses and healthcare staff for educational institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Facilitate job satisfaction and career growth for candidates.
• Ensure high-quality patient care in educational settings.
• Manage candidate placements and support their transition into new roles.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment/staffing experience or 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
