About the position

The Educator Success Coach plays a crucial role in providing academic and transitional support to international educators participating in Academic and Cultural Exchange programs. This position serves as a liaison between school administration and global educators, assisting them in adapting to the U.S. educational system and culture. The coach is responsible for offering guidance and support throughout the educators' exchange experience, ensuring they meet academic and professional expectations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and communicate regular check-ins with assigned teachers before and during the school year.
• Communicate teacher progress to the Educator Success Team by updating Teacher Check-in documentation and participating in monthly 1:1 meetings.
• Participate in regular Educator Success Coach meetings.
• Connect with school administrators to facilitate support for teachers.
• Collaborate with the Educator Success Team to provide necessary support to teachers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of K-12 teaching experience.
• Experience in a leadership role such as instructional coach, teacher mentor, principal, or assistant principal.
