Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong multitasking and leadership skills.
  • Experience running a dining room with Open Table.
  • Ability to maintain food and labor costs effectively.
  • Knowledge of Aloha POS system.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine and cocktails.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • ServSafe Certification.
