Position Summary: The Neurodiagnostic Technologist is responsible for conducting electroneurodiagnostic procedures on the patient. This includes assessments, testing, the collection and technical interpretation of data, the completion of reports and billing forms. Nature and Scope: Under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Manager and NeuroCare Director perform electroneurodiagnostic studies and tasks at an advanced level due to extensive job knowledge and skills normally acquired through experience and continuing education. Perform routine and complex procedures to obtain data for use in the diagnosis of clinical disorders of the nervous system in at least one of the following modalities of Neurodiagnostics: Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials (EP), Long-Term Monitoring (CLTM) and Transcranial Doppler (TCD).
