The EHR Support Specialist will be responsible for effective communication with end users regarding functionality and workflows, ensuring that all aspects of the deployed EHR solutions are utilized effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the EHR systems used by our clients in the Greater Lehigh Valley. The EHR Support Specialist will handle phone support for the EHR application, addressing client inquiries and providing assistance in training staff on the EHR and supporting software. This position requires the development and design of comprehensive training materials, participation in workflow design, and management of reported issues with the EHR system. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining the EHR patient portal and documenting software solutions in the knowledge base for future reference by support staff. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure that support software is up to date and functioning smoothly. The EHR Support Specialist will work closely with team members to continually improve user satisfaction and provide excellent customer service by anticipating client needs and resolving issues effectively.
