We are seeking compassionate and dedicated older Caregivers to join our team. In this part-time role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals with various needs, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and memory care requirements. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Assist in medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed routines.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred, particularly in memory care or group home settings.
• Knowledge of working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other special needs is highly desirable.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting or assisting clients as needed.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is essential to ensure client confidentiality.
