About the position
The Elderly Support position involves providing assistance to an elderly gentleman with daily living chores and caregiving tasks. The role is focused on enhancing the quality of life for the individual by helping with various activities such as cooking, laundry, driving, shopping, gardening, and organizing. The position offers flexible hours, typically around six hours a day, three to five days a week, with a lunch break included.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living chores such as cooking and laundry.
- Provide transportation for shopping and appointments.
- Help with gardening and outdoor tasks.
- Organize and maintain living spaces.
- Support the elderly gentleman in various caregiving activities.
Requirements
- Experience in private caregiving or similar roles.
- Ability to perform household chores and caregiving tasks.
- Strong communication skills and patience.
