The eLearning Instructional Designer will play a pivotal role in enhancing product education for high-tech medication management solutions. This position requires a bold, strategic, and creative thinker who can devise innovative approaches to eLearning solutions. As a Learning and Performance Consultant (SLPC), the designer will be responsible for planning, designing, creating, and maintaining eLearning modules, technical training videos, and instructor-led training courses. The role involves understanding performance needs and organizational constraints to develop effective learning solutions that yield measurable results and potentially increase revenue. The LPC will create comprehensive curriculum plans, eLearning content, and other training deliverables while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position demands strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with associates across the organization. The LPC will utilize actionable data and evaluation methods for continuous improvement, employing agile and iterative development methodologies. Knowledge of customer service organizations and the medical device/healthcare industry is preferred, as the LPC will work closely with subject matter experts to enhance the learning experience using adult learning principles. In addition to instructional design and eLearning development, the LPC will assess learning and performance needs, evaluate the effectiveness of performance solutions, and provide metrics and recommendations for improvement. The role also includes project management responsibilities, where the LPC will lead and report on project progress, ensuring accuracy in status reports and team metrics. The LPC will partner with business leaders, R&D, marketing, and global customer service to create technical performance solutions that drive positive outcomes.
