About the position
We are looking for a skilled Electric Motor Mechanic to join our team, responsible for the maintenance and repair of electric motors, particularly pump motors ranging from 3/4HP to 50HP. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electric motors and related equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repair on industrial motors and compressors.
- Rebuild and repair single-phase and three-phase motors as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in the repair process.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of electric motors and their components.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of electric motors, particularly pump motors.
- Familiarity with both single-phase and three-phase motors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with rebuilding and repairing electric motors preferred.
