About the position

Welty Energy, an affiliate of Welty, is seeking an Electric Utility Project Coordinator to join our team in Fairlawn, OH. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work within a professional services company that specializes in program and project management, particularly in the areas of transmission line engineering, substation engineering, and construction oversight for electric utility projects. Our projects range in voltages from 4kV to 765kV, and we currently manage approximately $500 million in construction projects across the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States. As an Electric Utility Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the preconstruction planning phase, facilitating site meetings, and driving collaboration among team members. You will also be responsible for conducting Last Planner meetings, ensuring quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and coordinating safety measures on energy sites. Your overall support for Project Managers will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our projects and ensuring that we meet our clients' expectations. Requirements

  • Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred - equivalent degree required (including Construction Management)
