About the position

Are you a natural organizer with a passion for coordinating projects? We are on the hunt for a Project Coordinator to join our team! As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping our projects running like clockwork, from simple tasks to complex plans. You will work closely with our Project Managers to ensure that all our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will use your excellent communication skills to keep everyone on the same page and your strong organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly. In this role, you will be the master of document management, project accounting, and project administration. You will be responsible for verifying insurance requirements, maintaining construction documents and permits, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, and providing administrative support to the project team. You will also review subcontractors' pay applications, track lien waivers, and assist with various processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a High School Diploma, at least two years of administrative experience, and strong teamwork skills. We're also looking for someone who is tech-savvy and able to learn specific project management and scheduling software (ex: Procore, Bluebeam).
