The Electric Utility Project Coordinator at Welty Building Co. is responsible for supporting project managers in the planning and execution of electric utility projects, particularly in the Energy sector. Responsibilities

• Preconstruction planning
• Facilitating site meetings
• Conducting Last Planner meetings
• Driving collaboration among team members
• Coordinating QA/QC and safety on Energy sites
• Providing overall site support for Project Managers

Requirements

• Electrical or Civil Engineering degree preferred (equivalent degree including Construction Management accepted)
• 1 to 4 years of previous experience in the Energy sector
• Background in 230kV Transmission line and Substation preferred
• Lean experience preferred
• Excellent leadership and facilitation skills
• Safety focused
