About the position

QuickLoadz is seeking a motivated and organized individual to facilitate compliance with state and federal guidelines and develop manufacturing and quality systems for our advanced electric vehicle manufacturing operations. The role involves working closely with expert consultants and in-house personnel to collect, organize, evaluate, and compile necessary documentation and information to support our product line of commercial electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with technical writers to develop technical, operations, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales materials are detailed and accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, including FMVSS and NHTSA, and identify necessary changes.
  • Collect and organize detailed specifications on QuickLoadz products and comparable market offerings.
  • Support manufacturing with localized production, parts verification, and technical support.
  • Investigate industry trends through competitive benchmarking and apply findings to development directions and performance targets.
  • Monitor publication of technical reports internally and externally to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide technical support for EV battery system-related concerns for both pre-production and post-production issues.
  • Support EV and hybrid vehicle development in collaboration with the Horizon Motor, fostering knowledge sharing and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and precision.
  • Demonstrated ability as an independent and self-motivated learner striving for excellence.
  • Excellent communication and technical comprehension skills.
  • Technical aptitude in electronics, engineering, or science.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents related to electrical specifications.
  • Good written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in researching and compiling industry specifications.
  • Ability to work collegially with high standards of integrity.
  • Knowledge of vehicles or vehicle components.
  • Skill in sourcing and organizing materials from diverse data sources.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and strong critical thinking skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
