About the position

The Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Reliability Manager at Ascend Performance Materials is responsible for leading the E&I reliability team within the petrochemicals industry. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance electrical and instrumentation maintenance and reliability, fostering a proactive culture, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices. The position is based in Pensacola, Florida, and reports to the Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical and instrumentation reliability team and develop their skills and experiences.
• Partner with the leadership team to identify and resolve key issues and constraints.
• Establish clear objectives for the team and communicate them effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and cost-effective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during maintenance and project execution.
• Drive the development of a proactive data-focused reliability culture in partnership with operations leaders.
• Prioritize maintenance spending and capital expenditures for maximum impact on Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Lead the execution of reliability, process safety, and work process optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in reliability and maintenance focusing on electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Minimum 5 years in the Petrochemical Industry.
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading Maintenance and Reliability teams.
